Metrics for customer instances on AWS will be intermittently unavailable for up to 4 hours starting at 7 am PT (2 pm UTC) on Thursday, July 11h, 2024.
During this period, metrics on the monitoring dashboard will be unavailable. Additionally, memory-based auto scaling will not work during this time. Once maintenance is complete, all metrics are expected to be backfilled and normal operations will resume for memory-based auto scaling.
The advanced dashboard (linked from the monitoring page), is not affected by this maintenance, and will continue to work as usual.
Availability metrics are reported at an aggregate level across all tiers and error types.
Individual customer availability may vary depending on their workload, autoscaling settings and API features in use.
